Evening Primrose oil is a lifesaver if you struggle with mood swings before your period. I use it because it controls the hormonal acne I always get before a period as well as the bloating and other miseries associated with “that time of the month”.

My nails are also brittle because I have an underactive thyroid and the nail treatment definitely helps to keep them from peeling and splitting.

Happy hormones!

Lots and lots of love!
